Yes, Green Yard Homebuyers is a real estate investing company. (I said I will be transparent with you - I won't lie!) Like any other company, I do it to make money. But I am not a boring old corporation. I am a person just like you - I have feelings, I care, and am serious about my reputation and business model!
I'm familiar with the area and want to see our neighborhood flourish with families who can live in quality homes. Unlike other flippers, I provide quality move-in ready homes ready for the next generation to prosper.
About Me
Bryce Betley, owner of Green Yard Homebuyers, is a Downingtown native. I grew up in Downingtown, attending the Downingtown STEM Academy. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. After graduation, I returned to Downingtown to begin my career.
I noticed that a lot of real estate investors cut corners. I vow never to do that. I strive to provide high quality homes to families to enjoy for years to come. Providing quality, move-in ready homes is what keeps me motivated!
I love to help people fix whatever problems they may face. Often times, owning an unwanted house is a huge burden. I strive to take away those problems!
